Our starting point is always the same: understand the family's situation clearly before recommending or beginning any formal work. This avoids unnecessary steps and ensures the approach is proportionate to what is actually needed.
We work through matters in stages, with written notes and updates at each point. Families are kept informed throughout, and nothing proceeds without their understanding and agreement.
All our services are provided in English or Thai, and appointments are available during and outside standard office hours by arrangement.
Initial Conversation
We listen to the family's situation without charge or obligation, and assess which service — if any — is appropriate.
Written Fee Agreement
We set out the scope and fee in writing before any chargeable work begins. You agree before we proceed.
Work Commences with Regular Updates
We handle the matter and keep you informed at each stage with plain-language written updates.
Completion and Final Summary
At the close of the matter, we provide a final written summary of what was done and the outcome achieved.
